Why cant i just ride the trainer like a normal person. For some reason I am dead set against it. I chose to run instead of riding the trainer Monday night. And i don't even like to run. And I really don't like to run at night, with temp's in the 30's and ice sickles hanging from the trees and bridges. But apparently i like it more than riding the trainer. It would have been an okay plan if my legs weren't so sore i can barely move two days later. I think I'm gonna have to make peace with the trainer.
...To Rachel! It was more of a birthday weekend. Saturday birthday breakfast with me, birthday lunch with the in-laws, dinner, drinks, and some billiards with friends. Then another birthday dinner with her side of the family Sunday night. Not to mention a new kitty. Good times.
... no, not those kind of lights. bike lights and streetlights. faced with the choice of riding the trainer or heading into the night, the night almost always wins. man i hate the trainer. luckily we live a few blocks from a string of parks connected by bike trails, so it was time to night moto on the cross bike. tomorrow is Rachel Beth's birthday, should be awesome!
Rode with the BnB boys yesterday (new years day). We rolled about 55 out into the 20+ headwind and with a Coke in my belly and the wind at our backs we flew home. Awesome route. Thanks dudes.
